Thanks for the heads up Taki, interesting news release.

FAIRFIELD, IA, Sep 13, 2000 (INTERNET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Global Online India,
trading under the symbol: GOLX on the OTC: BB, who launched its Indian internet
portal and started trading on the over-the-counter bulletin board market only
weeks ago, today asked the United States Securities and Exchange Commission
(SEC) to immediately start an investigation into the possible market
manipulation and potential fraud concerning the trading of the company's stock
by OTC: BB market makers.

Although the GOLX stock has been up over 1200% in the last six weeks, following
a recent merger and a 200% stock dividend, the company claims that mysterious
"block trades" have possibly been "crossed " or "washed" by some of the stocks'
market makers with the intent of artificially moving the stock price lower to
protect the market maker's position in the stock. "We have worked very hard to
build what we feel is truly the number one global internet portal in all of
India and the market capitalization of our company is beginning to reflect this
value in a very real and concrete manner. The market makers artificial downward
manipulation of this new stock may very well be illegal," said Dr. Christopher
W. Hartnett, Chairman and founder of Global Online India.

"A thorough and complete investigation into the recent GOLX trading history will
most likely yield patterns of manipulation and fraud. Such market activity
usually goes unnoticed or unchallenged because of the fear of retribution. We
expect the free and fair trading of our company's stock and we respectfully ask
the regulatory agencies to fully support this investigation into potentially
illegal market manipulation. This inquiry is in no way intended to malign or
discredit the many hardworking, fair, and honest professionals trading in the
securities industry." said Dr. Hartnett.

((TO ALL)) Here is a recap of my posts this morning from myself and Robert
relaying the demonstration. 1). Robert phoned me that several news crews
were in attendance including CNN. The demo was taking place only 50
yards from the Capital. 2). CNN began to interview Boone before things got
started and Boone stated that "He had talks in the morning with DOD and
they went well". 3). Several boxes were set up by the Federal Police for the
demo with the police having placed explosive compounds in the boxes. The
explosives and the placement were all done by the Federal Police, gaurded
by them and the tests were to be verified by them. Loch-Harris had no
involvement. 4). Large flat screen monitors were placed for the audience that
were connected to ELFs monitor to allow all to see just what was being
displayed on ELF. 5). Less than 1 gram of explosives was used for the
testing. 6). The event started with Congressman Klink assailing the carnage
that landmines causes. He then introduced Boone and Boone explained
ELF, the mission, and about the test. 7). Blair then took over and the test
began with ELF being passed over the box, Blair would identify the
compound found from the data on the monitor and the Federal Police would
announce "Correct". Blair continued to do this for all boxes and all
compounds were properly identified. 8). ELF PERFECT!! 100% SCORE!!! A
large applause from the crowd ensued. 9). The test was done a second time
and resulted with ELF and Blair 100% successful again. This time
Congressman Klink verified the results and another round of applause
resulted. 10). Congressman Klink again on the podium spoke of the results
and was amazed. Boone then spoke and told the gathering of the DOD
meeting earlier in the morning. 11). Blair stated that the Croatian minefields
were the next step for ELF. He stated that soon ELF range would even be
greater then the 2-3 meters it is now, and that the best the competition has to
offer has a range of only 41/2 inches. Boone and Blair then left to appear on
the "Ollie North Show" which was to air at 4:00 PM. 12). Here is a great
ending to a great day. Robert videotaped Congressman Klink being
interviewed and he stated the following. " Our Government has to get moving
on this problem now. I will do everything in my power to help get this
approved and you all have seen how the Congressmen, Military and Federal
police were amazed by this demonstration". That's all for now. Jeff
