Nuclear Submarines

Military experts' investigation confirms that the sailor who shot eight, barricaded himself in the torpedo room, and threatened to blow up a Russian submarine in September, 1998, did threaten the Russian north with a nuclear disaster. The only change to the system used to guard nuclear weapons is that there are now two people on watch instead of one at the Gadzhiyevo docks where the incident occurred.
