"over capacity happens after awhile, network and optical sector will not be immune" I agree.. I imagine we have another three or four years of tornado like growth before demand and supply (new players, the NT's and JDSU's increasing supply and new inventions) begin to align again. Of course the stock market is a forward looking animal so I give these stocks another year or two (or three) of hyper growth before they begin to slow down like CSCO is doing now (i.e. the market as a whole reaches main street).
