Ok good answer for the most part!!

They actually got $28M in cash from TLTN per SEC documents I researched.

Re: R&D and aquisition of engineers, I can see this on one hand. On the other hand, they don't seem to be DSL based engineers or R&D folk, and once again WSTL is trying to focus as a DSL play so I still do not understand aquiring engineering talent at a price like that, especially when it doesnt DIRECTLy relate to the business you are stringing your future hopes on. I dont understand what TLTN does enough to see if there is enough overlap between DSL and 'TAP' so that these engineers could potentially be useful on the DSL side.

Already DSL accounts for $67 of $107 M last Q (63%) and sure to grow even farther... so I guess I just dont understand why WSTL management would take them down this road.. if they want DSL talent it doesnt sound like the place to go, and if they want to focus on DSL it doesnt sound like the way to go.

but once again, this is why I ask.

Thanks again,
Mark

That said, thanks for the clear answer which I could not find elsewhere!
