PEOP's cash position:

$110 mil. ($25 mil. as of 6/30 + $85 mil. from IPO)

Six Month Rev's (ending 6/30): $19 mil.

Six Month Net Loss: $107 mil.

$20 mil. of the reported net loss is related to deferred stock compensation. Backing that out leaves a net cash loss of about 87 mil.. This amount of cash, based on current operating loss run rates, will be adequate to support operations for about three quarters; however, as PEOP's business plan calls for a revenue ramp as fast as possible, I guess that they will need need to secure funding in about two quarters. The expenses relative to revenues are truly awe inspiring--on a par with the worst contrived dot com business plans. PEOP's IPO is a modern day miracle. I'm now a Believer!
