have a similar number of total employees

But they differ in their strengths. Another reason why this "merger" rules....
I feel sorry for the GNET Bus. Dev. crew because they are going to have to play the "Infospace way", but Naveen don't have squat on the team as far as sales power and we all know that the GNET sales staff absolutely dominates considering the lame ad support and lack of brand recognition that they have had to deal with.
