Willy, before you start calling people liars, you should first read carefully the post you are responding to.

I suggest you read SSP's again, and pay particular attention to the word "insinuate"... that was a reasonable assumption for SSP to make, since you posted the accusation to him. However if read literally, I guess you are accusing everyone here, since you use the words "I see you guys joined my Yahoo Club". But after reading your subsequent post(s) it sounds to me like it guy, singular.

<I can not even find it because my site is in frames.>

It's pretty simple to copy and paste frames. SSP posted the proper link to you the other day.

Here's how to do it. First put your mouse pointer anywhere inside the frame. Then right click and you will see a bunch of choices. With Netscape and your particular frame, you then pick "Open frame in new window." Then highlight the url, right click, choose copy, then paste it wherever you want. With some frames, especially charts like at BigCharts you can choose "View Image" to get just the chart frame in it's own window.

Now since you really want people to read your disclaimer, and since I have never seen it posted anywhere...

willywizard.com

That is the direct link, same as SSP posted for you before.

And here is the whole shebang:

The SEC reads this site regularly. My disclaimer to the SEC and all other viewers is I do not front run any stocks I send out in my e-mails. I
think this tactic is unethical and unscrupulous at best. I do not consider myself a day trader or an active trader. I am a buy and hold investor. I will

Any idea who StockWizard is, and how they got my email?

Only Wizard I remember signing up with, was you, and this other wizard is also on one of "your" stocks.

The email I received from whomever they are, does not include a link to unsubscribe, which I believe is an SEC requirement for email blasts.

"StockWizard was paid a consideration of eighty thousand shares of free trading stock in Netstaff Inc. by a third party as payment for the publication of the information contained in this report. StockWizard reserves the right to sell such shares at any time. Because StockWizard is paid for its services, there is an inherent conflict of interest in StockWizard statements and opinions and therefore such statements and opinions cannot be considered independent"
