A question for our European members... Trial has been set in Mannheim for Dec. 22, 2000. Does Germany pretty much shut down over the holidays.. Any guess on timeframe for closure of courts... 23 Dec -3 Jan est??? Thanks In its suit against Infineon IFXGN filed in Mannheim, Germany, Rambus sought injunctions to halt the sale, manufacture and use of Infineon SDRAM and DDR SDRAM memory devices. Trial has been set in Mannheim for Dec. 22, 2000. Rambus said it also filed suit in the Eastern District Court in Virginia against Infineon for wilful patent infringement.
