Network Appliance, Inc., (Nasdaq:NTAP - news) the leading provider of network-attached data access and content management solutions, has announced that i7, the online and broadband business of Australia's Seven Network, has deployed Network Appliance(TM) NetCache(TM) systems to speed access to its olympics.com.au Web site during the Olympic Games, which begin here tomorrow.
olympics.com.au is a joint venture between the Australian Olympic Committee and Seven, which also holds broadcast and subscription television rights to the Games of the XXVII Olympiad.

i7 has installed six Network Appliance NetCache C720 systems for the Olympic Games. Two systems will be retained following the Olympic Games and Paralympic Games.
