International Price of 64MB Dram Falls SEOUL, Sept 14 Asia Pulse - International prices of 64-megabit synchronous dynamic random access memory (SDRAM) PC100, a major semiconductor component, have dropped almost below $7, industry sources say. Prices of 64 megabit SDRAM PC100 fell 3.3 per cent to between $7.35 and $7.79 on Tuesday from a day earlier and 3.4 per cent on Wednesday to between $7.1 and $7.53. On the international spot market, the product traded between $7.6 and $8.06 on September 8. But 64 megabit SDRAM PC133 and 128 megabit SDRAM PC133 prices are within last weekend's $8.01 to $8.49 and $16.98 to $18 range, respectively. Industry sources linked the decrease in the price of 64 megabit SDRAM PC100 to chip traders' moves to reduce inventories amid supply excess disputes and a shift in market demand towards such high-capacity chips as 64 megabit SDRAM PC133 and 128 megabit SDRAM.

Who are the Rambo maniacs? People like you who called it a short before its 300%+ rise, or people like me who profited from it. SI rhetoric and love /hate of a company can be entertaining and sometimes useful, but it's the account balance that is the real score keeper.
