No. The Clinton/Gore attack on the Boy Scouts won't be an issue. The democrats saw how their trial balloon was so promptly and vehemently shot down by Americans that they are wisely retreating from that gambit.

Republicans are still kicking
The Republicans and George Jr. are going to have people feeling sorry for them soon. That may not be enough to get their vote, but it could be enough to keep them from the ballot box. The congressional races need more than a landslide.
