However, I think the initial utility will be to augment the power plant for large scale industry. It will be a looong time before it will be useful, say, to use in your car to be able to get 90mpg, because the energy generated per additional kg or additional square meter of surface area is just too low. As energy costs rise (and I think that will happen rather steadily for the forseeable future, aside from recessionary periods) solar panels, fuel cell technology, hydrogen (and all other fossil fuel alternatives) WILL become more competitive. I think alot of the investing in the area (as with Biotech) is WAAAYYYY ahead of the technology, though. BWDIK? Regards, Patron
