What I find interesting about the perceived negative spin on MSFT's executive departures of late is no one as far as I know has estimated that some or most are due to handing over of the baton from Gates to Ballmer. Which would seem a normal course of events with most companies.

Would anyone think ill of America if Gore were elected and did not keep the same Clinton people?
