<<My dad has one of the new Ford trucks that have the double cab, >>

The crew cab. They are nice. I was in one that had a built in TV. The only thing I don't like is they are so long even with a short bed. Mike just bought a stretch cab that has room for 2 kids in the back, or one adult going cross ways. I really like the Grand's size, not too long in the parking lots.

I'll have to think about the leather. All the V8s have it. Then again all the V8s come with a hitch and are prewired for a trailer. I did find a '98 V8, cloth, no hitch with 23,000 miles. Like I said, I don't have to trade. Last couple of times I limped in needing to trade and might have bought too quick.

<<I wasn't looking for leather seats when I bought my Rover, >>

Time to liven this wake up some. I did it. After three weeks of dealing and a final session that lasted from 5pm until midnight I bought a new Jeep. Even made the sales manager say fine Corinthian leather in his best Ricardo Montabon accent.

Went looking for a stripped down Laredo and got the fanciest Limited they had. It's got more goodies than a nudie bar. Now, if I could just figure them all out....

Jeep calls the color Patriot Blue. I just went by the paint store to get some paint so I can match the tow bar to the Jeep. The paint store match was........... Cobalt Blue.

Yep, I have a shiny new Cobalt Blue SUV. Eat your heart out.
