I find it strange that CNXT announces IPO and spinoff and its stock goes up 40%, Qcom did it and NOTHING.

If there was any chance that SKT was going with WCMDA, I think at least some of the companies in Korea would be looking at WCDMA licenses from the Q. I think the complete lack of interest in Korea from the equipment vendors for WCDMA licenses is the best proxy that SKT will go with CDMA2000.
