John, I don't have a clue to what goes on in their head, but we should consider the followings:

1. The up-grade was not for the eyes of clients, but for their money managers alone. They are not in the habit of advising their clients what to buy, they manage their moneys!!

2. UBS is 800 pound gorilla with a lots of capital, and punch, they get their informations before they take step in any direction. Do they know something we don't?
