Q - how many languages does alpha currently support A - 5 Q - what are they A - english, french, spanish, german and portuguese Q - RU planning on supporting any other languages - how many A - yes - between 10 to 15 - we have had requests for east indian, hebrew,… Q - when do you plan on bringing those languages online A - at the moment we are optimizing our supported languages and we do not expect to get the others up and running for a month or two. Q - how difficult is it for alpha to translate their site to another language and how fast can they do it A - not difficult at all. we can do the translation in-house or can sub it out to a group that can translate in a short time. At the moment, we are in the process of testing, on our test servers, approximately three additional languages. Q - what r your plans for www.alpharemote.com. will that site serve your pda - handheld wireless A - our initial plans for that site were for a set up of speedier subscriber login Q - what is your current status on wireless service A - we have a wireless division that has set up our wireless technology and is working correctly. We have not released our technology since we are now waiting for PALM to come out with their delayed wireless JVM technology. Once PALM comes out with their JVM (a month or two), we will need a little time to write programming to facilitate the PALM JAVA….should not take too long. Q - is Blackberry coming out with a JAVA based handheld A - not at the present Q - have you projected additional revenues from pda access A - we have completed some projections. I do not have that data. Q - what is your monthly burn rate A - our burn rate was approximately $200,000/month a few months ago. Now, we have added another 9 servers to our site and some employees. That has increased our current burn rate. I do not have the current figure. Q - will you be trying to get listed on the big boards A - we applied for the national board back in july of 99 we were denied a listing for not producing revenue at that moment. This is when the stock went down in price. In for the first three months of 2000, we offered free service due to the feed problems from our old provider. Q - RU planning on applying for another listing A - we can apply for the small cap ($4) or the national board ($7) Q - so, will you first apply to the small cap A - not likely, we will most likely wait for a listing on the national market. Q - how many subscribers do you have at the moment A - between 20,000 and 25,000 Q - what is you average subscription income A - approximately $20/subscriber/month Q - what is your average net income per subscriber A - no comment Q - how many clients does EMPIRE have A - approximately 18,000 Q - how many of those clients will have alpha's service A - (I BELIEVE HE SAID) the service will be available to all Q - how much are you charging empire/subscriber A - sorry, but I could not answer that at the moment Q - could you give me an update on AL NASR TRADING A - I can tell you that they are a large group with a very large investor pool with SIGNIFICANT capital. I do not have the specific details of the signed deal at the moment. Q - are you working on any other deals A - we've had a lot of talks with a lot of different groups Q - what are your BRIDGE (feed provider) fees A - no comment. Q - if you went directly to the exchanges for the feeds, how much would that cost alpha. A - for example naz would cost in the range of $10,000/month Q - what is your bandwidth and your server capacity A - we have three separate fiber feed and 19 servers…4 sun and 4 ibm data servers, 2 compaq data base servers and plus 9 new servers Q - please tell me about alphaforce A - we purchase 100% of alphaforce to complete our hi end security. This work has been completed and implemented. Q - is alphaforce generating any external income. A - I do not have the data to answer that question. MY THANKS TO JAMES Cheers to all apex
