FWIW
I added to my position yesterday @ 47 & 44

I have concluded the selling is herd mentality action and not a reflection of a poor quarter or poor outlook.
Clearly much of the decline in price is reflecting their inability to sign up an ILEC. That is leading many to believe they will eventually loose the NPNT deal. This is where the issue comes to a head....You can bet they will loose it or keep it. Someone will be right, and my guess is the best way to make money on this issue is by betting they will keep it. In the mid forties, I am not convinced that even if they do loose the business after npnt merges with verizon, that the stock would go much lower. On the other hand, if they can keep the business, and all the evidence suggests they will be able to, the issue will clearly work toward its high.....While it is doing a little bottom fishing, this is one of those rare no-brainers.....

Buy it here, don't look at it for a few months and you will be very happy

Maybe. But 40's obviously isn't cheap enough for management.
