That certainly was the pattern when we were in a downtrend, with the trend reversed now, not sure if the pattern will hold.

The pattern did seem to work today again. Although the NAZ closed positive the NDX was down and they both gave up pretty much all the gains. Terrible action but that morning gap up had to be filled and tomorrow's gap up may not need the filling. <g> We better rally tomorrow. ORCL & ADBE both blew past estimates and announced splits. If CPI is OK we should find strength to sustain a rally.
