Yes. Exactly. They are not the company they were 2 years ago. Many people still perceive them as a networking and switching company, but they have exited those markets for the most part.

I can understand why the MARKET can't seem to figure them out, but if the excellent posters here can't notice them (let alone figure them out) with their new focus on the metro and access markets, then my investment is REALLY in trouble! <g>

I apologize for posting again but I was wondering if anyone will be at internet Telecom Expo in New York? If so would you stop by Plaintree booth as they will be an exhibitor there. They have a new product and I was wondering if someone could report back what they thought of it.
I am not recommending this as a buy but the last mile technology field interests me and this is my speculative buy right now. They have hired new staff and are supposedly beta testing anew product around Christmas.
Plaintree also is reinventing itself.
