TexasDude: You claim to have done well on WAVX. You presently seem to explain your WAVX play as technical. But your spin at the time was that Wave Systems Corporation was something of a scam. You know now -- as you knew or should have known then -- that your characterizations of Wave had no basis in fact. Indeed, the proof to the contrary continues to grow. The contest between you and the duly diligent on this question is becoming a rout.

People who recklessly propagate unfounded innuendo against a company while they are shorting its common stock cannot later defend such behavior by pretending that they were only exercising their supposed technical trading acumen.

Rather than rationalizing your record with revisionism, you should be apologizing.

Merely go back and read my post on WAVX...I clearly stated the TWO times when I shorted WAVX. Merely check the records...and wasn't bragging...just stating facts.

As I clearly stated in my post...I'm no longer short WAVX and I therefore wish you the best of luck. I stand by what I said...MSFT didn't join in the news release...period! Why all the effort to justify why they didn't....I could give a S***!(:>) Seems that is the modus operandi for WAVXers, always blaming and trying to justify the stock price. Do you remember how 15 months ago that Mr. Claugus was attacked? Well guess what! The stock is still well under the price in which he shorted...and count the NEWS RELEASES from WAVX in the interim.

But...I wish you luck! (:>)
