Do you have reference(s) for a discussion of the cycle to which you are referring -- the one you expect has inverted and will factor into a 45 day rally? I appreciate it. Anything is possible. Would a significant utilities rollover mitigate this bullish scenario at in IYO? (IF a roll were to happen over the next few days to weeks).
