Dear Tony: Well we dont really know what is causing SUNWs problems but according to the company its limited and sporadic. From my understanding, which is weak I admit, sounds like various types of problems not necessarily hardware or software related. Environment plays a big role also. I suspect its a case of too many people getting their hands on very sophisticated equipment and SUNW being so busy selling and installing they couldnt stay on top of every one. In any event SUNW is making a major effort at quality, akin to the GE program. I feel sure it will all get worked out, just part of the fantastic growth and the associated problems that occur. JDN
