It's pretty hard to get around it no matter where you go nowdays. You would pretty much be restricted to 3rd world countries under dictatorships. <g> I'm not sure it would help that much even if the GOP swept- too many people have their hands out, and those elected will feel obliged to fill as many of them as they can.
