Interesting the acquired compnay thought enough of Cert to be bought out in stock rather than cash, since share price has suffered since tech onslaught. I know their IPO/secondary was underfunded after being delayed initially.

I like that the purchase is accretive and wonder how this fits in with CERT's intention to double the workforce. Better to do it with revenue being brought in to boot. Emphasis on PKI shows they are trying to get vertical.

Since you are the G and K smart card guru (and standards for wireless guru) (yes there are standards written for WDMA :))) I would hope you would wax poetic on CERT as a chimp with no immediate tornado.
