MSFT: Do you really care about us investors? If so where is the buyback? Not that we need 50 - 100% YTD growth in stock like ORCL, SUNW and INTC. But least recover the 40% YTD loss

A high wall streeters' target seems to be the kiss of death. The same thing happened to VIGN -- it touched 100, dropped back some, then some analyst said it was going to 200 and it promptly dropped to 23. I believe there were sky-high targets for QCOM before its demise this year.
