CMDC -- YET ANOTHER HISTORY LESSON And look at this eight-bagger from 8/22: siliconinvestor.com This, BTW, is a sub-species of cat: The GOOBerSS, as in Going Out of Business Short Squeeze. They happen in the low pennies, and are usually good for a very quick 400 to 800 percent gain. The rub is: Many of them just get delisted and stop trading, sometimes for weeks/months; sometimes forever. If you have a few hundred in profits lying around that you don't mind having as good a chance of losing as octupling, though, and want to pick up few K on a flyer, hoping to "get middle-class quick," all cat rules do apply, especially V+1; that tells you the short squeeze is, more than likely, fully squozen. OF HONORARY CATZ AND A QUICK 10% Allan, This is purely anecdotal, with no midnight oil to back me up, but I HAVE found that Honorary Catz do two- to three-day bounces, even without the 15-day percolation. With, they've been universally golden for me as speculative trades. LU is a good example: siliconinvestor.com Just mention it, because CL just entered the Hallowed Halls of the Honorary Pussy: home.netscape.com The trick is to wait three to four days after the sub-30% gap. If the Dow slips more on Monday and Tuesday, taking this pig further down, you just try to pick out a bottom on Wednesday. They do work. Nevermind, Ivan PS: I've become a serious danger to myself again in, what, three hours of being back on Dreamscape. Trouble is, it's in my HOUSE now. Shite. PPS: I've become a diamond writer of all things; hence my new office, which my new employers set up for me here.
