For a wiggle to form here, it has to take out today's low then close above yesterday's high..... there's an 85% likelihood that it won't happen (for the third day wiggle to occur after the second day), but that doesn't mean that it won't... just that the odds are against it..... now, it could just open and not take out today's low and still move higher, but that won't be a wiggle.....
