Hi Zeev,

I'm a little perplexed about CSCO and INTC too. I'm just wondering if the MF's are distributing those stocks due to valuation and focusing more on the second tier tech stocks. I would actually view that as a positive for the NAZ if true. I don't want to see either CSCO or INTC trading below the 200 DMA, but maybe those stocks are simply over-owned and the funds need to "spread the wealth" around.

Zeev, the weakness in INTC may be related to the fact that SCI, the second largest contract manufacturer of computers and cell phones, issued a profit warning yesterday citing weak demand.

Also, the decline in DRAM prices can't be helping. I'm starting to wonder if we will make it until after the election before the bear market regains its claws.
