I was actually criticisizing my speculation that the news may be bad based on the announcement earlier this week that Ellison was foregoing a salary for more stock options.

The chart does still suggest a good short from these levels.

ORCL opened @ 88, high @ 89 AH...Then traded as low as ~81 1/4. A huge swing.
