It's called "wash trades". Insiders dumping so they can pay for the PP. Sometimes it's the only way to raise finacing and finacing this co.must be tough. Therefore there must be a good quick return on investment and what's hapennng right now is all part of the deal.
As a rule insiders buy for what they sold, BUT they end up with more stock/options when the smoke clears.
