Troy, You seem to be very focused on Richmond. That’s ok but I have my doubts if it’s very wise. Richmond’s fait will be decided by politicians and government employees; I never had much faith in either. As far as I’m concerned, Richmond and Michigan may or may not happen and either one would be a wonderful bonus. HP is real, it exists and it does not depend on outside blessings. It’s the one and only project Sungold ever had that will live or die based on Sungold’s very own doing. If they can pull it off, it will create a tremendous base from which Sungold can build and prosper. My bet, at this time, is on HP and nothing else!
