imo-people who manage money for other people are judged by their returns. ( returns- monthly, quarterly, yearly, etc) we don't have this pressure. their income and jobs may depend on it. since the nasdaq is about at the same place it started the year, their rate of returns are closed to 0%, so they need to either buy low or sell high and some of them are starting to feel the pressure-imo, and for the short-term stocks and markets can be manipulated, but time is running out, sept is almost half over, expect something interesting soon.
