Hi OJ, More disposable income is now being spent on fuel and energy costs and therefore less on personal spending, this could hurt corporate profits down the road and the markets may be reflecting this... also, the weakness in the Euro has hurt U.S. companies doing business overseas, MacDonalds is one very good example... I know a rally is due, but the overall picture is not positive... still, these concerns may just be part of what IQ aptly points to as that wall of worry, and I believe he's right...<g> Best Regards, GZ
