Naw, but actually in this area they are, once you get into the game. The european shit is a lot less refined, they don't want to spend the money to do it better, so the waste has more 235 left in it. It is a very bad heavy metal problem once it has been deployed , but it doesn't need the fool's lingo of radiation added. This is not really a big issue with me other than the misconceptions people have.
