TigerPaw, it would be fitting if you should acquire an estate that is sizable enough to come under this immoral, confiscatory law. Your tune would change quickly if you knew your wife and children would have to sell it to pay the 55% confiscatory death tax. And, don't forget, all of that property has already been taxed at least once. The government is like a gambling casino, in the end they end up with all your money.

Most of the land around here goes for $3,000+. If it's close to town it can be assessed at up to $20,000 per acre as potential lots even though it's used as a farm.
