Wealth untaxed, I don't buy that one. 20% of the people pay 80% of the tax. Guess who that 20% is. It isn't you or me. It is the ones who really make America work by creating jobs and produce goods. Does government produce anything excepting headaches? NO!!!!! They produce nothing.

You credit Clinton-Gore with welfare reform? They vetoed it twice and finally, being dragged kicking and screaming, let it become law. The reform was promulgated by the Republican Congress. If not for them, we would have no welfare reform. Clinton deserves minimal credit.
