We are all against feeding Ritalin indiscriminantly to children. I am also opposed to feeding money indiscriminantly to attorneys. I am opposed to feeding Ritalin indiscriminately to children. I am NOT opposed to feeding money indiscriminately to lawyers. <g> Why the Salem Witch trials? I think it is more like the Scopes trial, except that each side will have its whores ("expert" witnesses) ready to say whatever they are told to "prove" that "scientifically" Ritalin is either the greatest or worst thing since sliced bread. I think the lawsuit will not succeed, though it may result in the marketing push being toned down a bit. And it may expose to more public scrutiny the way drugs are marketed, and more importantly, how the market for drugs is often "created".
