Two areas of possible concern:

1) ANAD's warning suggesting a further slowing of business at ERICY. I'm not sure how much impact this is likely to have on KEM, but they've been doing a lot of wireless business.

2) Weak euro. Does anyone know what KEM's vulnerability to foreign exchange losses might be?
