Hman, how can they be pissed information regarding the deal got out when HB states in the last cc that they have a large deal major player to be announced in the next 45 days? It wasn't exactly something out of the blue, and actually it can be almost argued that if something weren't released he would have pulled a Jonas. If anything, they should have kept their mouths closed and pleasantly surprised the heck out of everybody when the details were ready. They had Janus' investment to protect however, and needed to control the bleeding the best they could.

Regarding Faber, he makes mistakes . Not many, but he does. You just have to look back a few days ago at the JP Morgan/Chem merger. He kept saying that "his sources" were telling him that there was nothing to it, stated it more than a couple of times. What happened to the deal?

H60, if in fact there is a signed MOU and the company doesn't inform it's shareholders in less than a month I can see why people bring up the topic of lawsuits by options players and shareholders getting upset.

Also, David Faber did NOT report this story as a rumor. He reported it as a fact and he always states clearly when something is unconfirmed and doesn't report stories he can't confirm. He even went further a week later and said on the air that "he didn't know why it wasn't announced yet. All he knew is there was a signed MOU in place between the companies".

"he didn't know why it wasn't announced yet. All he knew is there was a signed MOU in place between the companies".

I find this statement difficult to swallow! IDTC needs to be held accountable if it's true! ART
