Ken, as far as the SPR goes, I don't think he'll wait more than a week. The main reason is that if he waits any longer than that, all the news shows will trot out experts who'll say it's too late (actually, it's too late NOW, because there is NO refinery capacity to produce distillates). Refineries have been working flat out for at least the last 2 months, and the distillate inventory builds will continue whether he adds SPR oil to the mix or not. He will of course do it anyway, to "strategically" help Gore. What utter, contemptible nonsense.

As far as oil prices, inflation and money supply, they're all inextricably linked IMO. At this point, M3 and MZM will grow untill we crash, (as will oil and energy prices) and the Fed is hanging on like a drunk falling off the saddle on a runaway horse and being dragged by the stirrups....
M2 will grow disproportionately into and immediately after the crash as investors claw their way into greater liquidity, while MZM will (as Luc would say) "MELT". I fully anticipate the airdrops from now untill crash day to remain truly epic....
