They've said many times that the new manufacturing facility will be up adn running, making 500 chips a day in January -- that's 2001, so I don't think anyone expected them to manufacture significant quantities in 2000. And if the Deputy Premiere is going to be there for the opening, well, you can just imagine ... :-)

Wow, this filing is worse than I thought.....if, and its a big if, LUMM ever actually produces anything and sells it, they will owe Polaroid a pretty hefty royalty. In movie terms PRD is getting front-end points...not good for LUMM shareholders.
