Due to reading ETCH posts by the poster below on RB, i bought 10k today and see what happens. We are working hard to complete this. There have obviously been plenty of changes with not only the AMG acquisition, but AC Travel and IET as well. Although neither of these will be reflected financially in the 10k (because they were acquired following the end of the fiscal year), both are doing well as far as revenue. Elite stands by its previous PR statement which discusses the revenue of the company. I realize that the "street" is still not behind the company (for lack of knowledge I guess), but I appreciate everyone's patience. Elite is excited about the dramatic changes we have gone through. AMG should begin shipping its kiosk units later this month on the e-webtraders contract, which again stands to bring in more than 12m in revenue alone during the next 12 months.
