QCOM--Qualcomm to hit $150 in three years-BusinessWeek
NEW YORK, Sept 14 (Reuters) - Wireless phone technology company Qualcomm Inc (NasdaqNM:QCOM - news) is on the comeback trail and its shares will hit $150 in three years, a money manager quoted in BusinessWeek's Inside Wall Street column said.

Graham Tanaka of Tanaka Capital Management said Qualcomm's digital wireless telephone technology will be used by China and sales of wireless phones in Korea are on the upswing.

In 2001, San Diego, California-based Qualcomm will release the next version of its wireless technology which will provide Internet access, the BusinessWeek column said.

Shares of Qualcomm closed down 1-3/8 at 62-5/8 on Thursday, off a 52-week high of 200, up from a year low of 38-1/16.
