Keith Persoanlly, i don't think that $500 per pop can be construed as an overpayment in any sense of the imagination. DT paid $17,000 per pop for the VSTR acquisition - that is an outrageous premium.

There is a difference between a POP (point of presence) and an actual subscriber; I believe you have compared apples to oranges.

The part about DT's price for VSTR being outrageous - hard to argue with that!
