09:39 ET CLEC Implications : Chase H&Q commenting on telecom equipment group this morning in the wake of recent fears that CLEC financing woes might reduce equipment spending; says that issue needs to be watched and could become a problem if capital conditions don't improve by Q1 2001, but doesn't see much impact yet, and expects particularly strong results for Nortel (NT), Juniper (JNPR), and ADTRAN (ADTN).
