No. Aus expressed the same fact on the SanDisk thread a couple of weeks ago. Your negativity is appropriate - in my opinion. That's why a device, such as the HWP 545, is a great value at $499. It currently offers 32 mb, has a slot for additional flash memory, and has multimedia applications. Prices will come down. My concern is when will Palm offer such a device? I truly can only imagine what Palm's stock price would do if they offered a new and innovative product line prior to this year's holiday season. For fellow geek freeks, I'm trying to research into whether Three-Five Systems is doing extensive (but yet unannouned) OEM work for Palm. I want more than just reading between the lines.
