Railroads?! Sounds like a Dow theory dude. -g Covered short. Bounce has a little steam. it hurt to do, but there is the ever so real possibility that this was today's bottom. In any case, we need a little breather to overcome some intraday oversold imbalances. My INTC bounce is right on track. Geeze I wish I had assistants. These tests back to long-term trendlines are pretty easy to spot and will bounce well over half the time for a tradable gain (imho).
