Jim, I posted your post #16798 on the RB board (as I thought is was significant). It was, unfortunately, perceived as if 'I' knew the rumor was true. No, I do not know if it is true. The following was asked of me, & I responded by saying that I would ask you. Here goes: "...you need to provide some evidence. Take all the time you need; because, this would be "significant" information if true. BTW, we know about the 8 spare satellites that are part of constellation 1. What have you got on constellation 2?
