I think its a done deal. Just a matter of merger or buyout. AND if buyout at what price. Ken Paternak is a money guy and won't sell cheap. That is a promise. He is so tight, he makes my grandpa look like Darrel Strawberry...hehe.

Oh lake and Yes Resistance at 39-40ish and was confirmed by the fine citizens on this board. I think if there is a buyout, it will be in the high 40's. JMHO
